About the project: Located in Coconut Grove, SOW Design Studio transformed this Mediterranean style house into minimalist contemporary structure. This is the third update this residence has undergone which SOW wanted to be an improvement focused on light and organization. Selecting contrasting building materials, textures, and colors helped to emphasize architectural elements and revitalize the facades. Renovation is underway and is expected to be complete early next year.
