About the project: This vacation bungalow is located a couple hours drive from San Jose. The house sits on a steep site on a mountain range overlooking Puntarenas Bay and the western horizon. The house is designed for two families to share this experience of an elevated natural oasis. Nestled between native trees, the house is a platform with all the living spaces facing the magnificent bay view. The experience is to enjoy the tangible adjacent nature and take in the breathtaking views from the site while sitting on the large balcony serving the living room.
