This hotel resort is designed to maximize views towards Rockley Beach, all main spaces will revolve around the amenity deck on the first floor facing the ocean. The irregular site is divided in three parts, to the Northwest the parking area in the center the main building site and towards the South the Beach Club directly on the beach. The angled guestrooms provide an opportunity for a playful, folding, interchanging wall louver system creating a dynamic pattern and theme that carries through the geometry. All spaces are maximized to enjoy the outdoor breeze and views. The beach club ties back to the main building by using the same geometry, and materials.
