Midway Retail Plaza
Our project aims to transform a busy area in Port Saint Lucie, Florida into a vibrant shopping plaza, generating community activity and establishing it as a destination.
The design includes three distinct retail spaces: small retail shops with outdoor seating, small retail warehouses with mezzanine levels for office space, and a large warehouse for the anchor store.
The Core of the project is a pedestrian plaza , designed as a flexible central space that allows for temporary arts and crafts shows and small entrepreneurs' fairs, taking advantage of Florida's favorable weather.
This diverse mix of retail options, along with inviting outdoor seating and community events, will create a dynamic and engaging environment for residents and visitors.
